Sadie Macdeath
“A fiery Scot with a lust to conquer by any means necessary!”
Born and raised in the rolling hills of Scotland, Sadie knew from a young age that she was destined for a life of power. Young and ambitious, she married into wealth, becoming the wife of a nobleman by the name of Macdeath – a decorated general in the king’s army. Yet as the years passed, and she rubbed elbows with royalty and mingled with magistrates, nothing quite fulfilled Sadie’s hunger for more.
Unable to accept the status quo any longer, Sadie began to chart her own course, convincing her husband to seek the throne of Scotland for himself. They set forth a plan to kill the king and his family, but when the time came, it was to her disgust and dismay that Sadie found her husband was not willing to fight for what was rightfully theirs. It was only through determined rage and the emasculation of Macdeath that she was able to force his hand to kill! And in an act of true loyalty to her now-obedient husband, Sadie proceeded to frame the king’s servants as his murderers, deflecting suspicion.
Now the Queen of Scotland, Sadie felt as though she had fulfilled her destiny and was finally content with her life. It was all the more tragic, then, that Macdeath – now deluded into thinking he was in command simply because he was the King of Scotland – could not control his paranoia nor his blood lust. Betraying his wife’s carefully-devised scheme, Macdeath allowed guilt and doubt to weaken him, and his killing spree that ensued laid suspicion of the former king’s murder at their feet.
With no choice but to escape by staging her own suicide, Sadie fled her beloved motherland and relocated to the heartland where she was able to start anew. Older and wiser from her past life in Scotland, Sadie cast away her dependence on a husband and instead sought refuge and empowerment by joining a small army of women just as power-hungry as she: the Bleeding Heartland Rollergirls!
