Working in the chemistry lab late one night, he was infected with a dose of radioactive Dihydrogen monoxide. From that accident, Brendemic could grasp all the facets of any rulebook he read and found he has a new epic sight to see when people violated any rule. Everywhere he went, he notice people Jay-walking, littering and speeding. Just with a single glance! After much thought, he had to use these powers for good.

When he found the world of roller derby, he knew he needed his powers against the evil non-rule-abiding roller girls. Now dressed a striped shirt wearing skates, he fights injustice at all turns!
